No caso de<strong>\u00a0nascimento prematuro ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio a partir do parto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No caso de natimorto, a servidora ter\u00e1 direito a 30 dias de repouso remunerado e no caso de aborto atestado por m\u00e9dico oficial, a servidora ter\u00e1 direito a 15 dias de repouso remunerado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se voc\u00ea \u00e9 servidora estatut\u00e1ria ocupante de cargo de provimento efetivo<\/strong>, vinculada ao Regime Pr\u00f3prio de Previd\u00eancia Social do Munic\u00edpio (RPPS\/HORTOPREV), a licen\u00e7a ser\u00e1 concedida por 180 dias, sem preju\u00edzo da sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 conta do Munic\u00edpio, durante todo o per\u00edodo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se voc\u00ea \u00e9 servidora ocupante de cargo em comiss\u00e3o ou possui contrato pela CLT<\/strong>, vinculada ao Regime Geral de Previd\u00eancia Social (RGPS\/INSS), a licen\u00e7a ser\u00e1 concedida licen\u00e7a por 180 dias, \u00e0 conta do RGPS, por meio do benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio do sal\u00e1rio-maternidade, pelos primeiros 120 dias; e, \u00e0 conta do Munic\u00edpio, durante os 60 dias restantes, concedido Imediatamente ap\u00f3s a frui\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo inicial.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f301160 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-column-slider-no wpr-equal-height-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f301160\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2eec6f2 elementor-widget-divider--view-line_text elementor-widget-divider--element-align-left exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"2eec6f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider__text elementor-divider__element\">\n\t\t\t\tLicen\u00e7a Paternidade\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-219965f exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"219965f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>A Licen\u00e7a Paternidade <\/strong>est\u00e1 regulamentadas nos Arts. 125, IV e 146 a Lei n\u00ba 2004\/2008 e <strong>ser\u00e1 concedida ao servidor municipal de Hortol\u00e2ndia por 20 dias consecutivos a partir da data de nascimento de seu filho\u00a0<\/strong>sem preju\u00edzo de seus vencimentos ou remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.
